Open windows During hot days you may want to leave your windows slightly open to let the air in to prevent the inside of your car from heating up. By doing this, you greatly increase the chance of your car being targeted while also making it a lot easier to get in. Instead, try parking your car in a spot that’s shaded if you can, if not then leave the car for a while to cool up before you get in it. spacial awareness During the summer, you may be driving a lot more, visiting places that you don’t usually go to, so when you decide to park your car, just be thoughtful of where you’re leaving it.
